- ELIGIBILITY: The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and mainland Europe aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees and immediate families of the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter the Competition.
- HOW TO ENTER: To participate in the Competition, entrants must sign up to our newsletter and consent to receive marketing communication from us. Only one entry is allowed per individual.
- TIMING: The Competition commences on [01.07.23] at 00:01 BST and concludes on [30.09.23] at 23:59 BST.
- PRIZES: There are 5 men’s wetsuits available to win. Winners can select from any in-stock sizes provided by the Organiser. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
- WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Competition ends. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the Competition ending. If a winner fails to respond within 14 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
- DATA PROTECTION: By entering the Competition, you agree that the Organiser may use your personal data for the purpose of administering this Competition and for other purposes outlined in this privacy policy.
- GOVERNING LAW: This Competition is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof.
