The 5/4mm Simpel wetsuit is built for those who prefer not to have a fixed hood but want to get out in the coldest conditions. This wetsuit is light, flexible, and highly durable which is made possible through the use of the best Japanese Yamamoto limestone neoprene.
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your item purchased from Simpel within 30 days of purchase, you may return providing it has not been worn or used and is in its original, saleable condition.

Extra warm fast drying thermal lining from chest to ankles. The high pile internal lining traps air and water for improved warmth, whilst the patterned design enables for fast drying ensuring less waiting between surfs.
Outside Super stretch Ripstop jersey
Super stretch Ripstop outer jersey. A flexible, light weight and fast drying external wetsuit lining for increased durability, comfort and overall performance.

An elastic tensioner incorporated into our Simpel Entry system to ensure a close fit to reduce the risk of water penetration.
Seams
100% taped
Fully taped from head to toe to further improve the double glued and blind stitched seam strength whilst offering maximum comfort while in the surf.
Blind stitched
An established technique for a super strong seam. A blind stitch is created by sewing two layers of neoprene together and only partially penetrating the material, minimising the possibility of water entering the wetsuit and maximising flexibility.
Glued
All seams are glued before stitching to for the ultimate seal. This technique minimises the possibility of water entering the wetsuit and provides a stronger more flexible seam.

Our easy entry neck system. Designed and built to make getting your wetsuit on and off as easy and fast as possible reducing your time in the cold and maintaining your core warmth.
Drain holes
To minimise the risk of flushing drain holes have been added to the rear of the neck panel to allow water to escape from the bib if it enters.
Heavy duty zip
A heavy duty, lightweight PK zipper incorporated into our easy Simpel Entry system that is spring loaded to prevent unzipping. Designed to last.
Reinforced knees
Abrasion resistant knee pads provide extra protection and durability with the aim of extending the lifespan of the wetsuit while improving performance and overall comfort.
Key pocket
Positioned inside the overhead panel, the Simpel key pocket with elastic loop offers maximum security and easy access for your keys.

Worked it out at over 300 hours of use, in the 4/3 suit in the last year. Seams still secure, no loss of flex, wrists and ankles no shearing, and lining still has that nice fluffiness. Very well designed and practical for high use surfers. Goes on easy when wet, and drys quick between surfs. Full neoprene chest is a dream, and back panel is more than enough since wind is mostly at your back when off shore!.. emailed direct with questions before recently bought the 6/4, team were super helpful with ordering, and have to say so far the most comfortable winter suit i've worn, neck and hood are super flexy, doesn't feel restrictive, has thicker layer around ears tith flexy head and neck.. chest legs and bum warm, quality and durability are superior to my last two xcel winter wetsuits which only lasted a season and were falling apart at chest after about 60 hours in the water.. if you surf enough, you probably don't work as much, and wetsuits are a tough expense, then this is the suit for you, best quality and value to use ratio of any suit I've owned... if you're loaded and a label slut, get over yourself, and go simpel instead.

Warmest, most flexible and comfortable wetsuit I've ever had. Still going strong into its second winter too. Highly recommend getting one If you want to stay very warm and still be able to move and paddle easily.

Very happy with my 5/4 hooded wetsuit. The quality is outstanding, the rubber feels premium, the thermal lining is incredibly warm, and the fit is spot-on. The hood seals really well and makes a huge difference on cold days. Overall, fantastic suit.

this brand is all perfect 100 % , since the material they use to the assistance service. If all the shops,brand,office etc etc should , or better want to work like Simpel , the life will go more smoothly, more pleaseful. ciao
I am really happy with the quality and fit of the suit, it has kept me warm all through the winter in Portugal with no leaks or damage to seals or stitching.
Some of my favourite features of the suit are:
1. The silky smooth, soft lining which glides over my skin when putting it on, even when wet. It also dries crazy quickly!
2. The taped seams let no water in, even after trips over the falls (this happens a lot)
3. The ergo stitching around my arms and shoulders for easy paddling.
4. The look and design of the suit in general with low key subtle branding.
5. The fit, I am a stocky dude at 5’9” 95kgs and the large short fits me perfectly, it also didn’t stretch out and become baggy like many other brands do after a few months.
You can tell the Simpel people have put a lot of time and experience into the build of this suit and it shows. Love your work!
I used my new 4/3mm on a recent trip and it was epic. Fit great, super comfortable when paddling and no restrictions or irritations. Easy to get on & off too. I’m 5’7 70KG and got the medium short (MS). Looks great, feels great and it’s priced great too. Highly recommend getting one.
